Welcome to Fmail. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the temporary email service and website operated at https://free-temp-mail.eu.org (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of digital consent in your country and that you accept these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Fmail provides free temporary ("disposable") email addresses. Each address can receive messages for a limited period, after which the address and all of its messages are automatically and permanently deleted. The Service requires no registration and does not create permanent accounts.

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Receive, send, or relay unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content;
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including laws against fraud, spam, or phishing;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service's systems or data, including other users' temporary inboxes;
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or its functionality.

4. No Guarantee of Email Delivery or Retention

Temporary email addresses are provided for convenience, not as a reliable means of long-term communication. Messages may be delayed, may not arrive at all, or may be deleted automatically after expiry. You should never use the Service for important or sensitive communications, account recovery, or any email you need to keep.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
